Circle on Cavill – Surfers Paradise

In the heart of Surfers Paradise is the recently built Circle on Cavill building. It features ultra modern apartments for permanent residents and holiday accommodation. At street level it features a modern shopping precinct with large courtyard featuring a water feature and an impressive video wall/screen.

The combination of dark tinted glass on the apartments and the central strip of blue lighting was well thought out, looks impressive and makes the other buildings look very dated.

He was a former Parks and Gardens Superintendent with the Gold Coast City Council and had a career spanning 25 years of dedicated city beautification. He was a fanatical tree planter, responsible for thousands of trees and shrubs in the city’s parks and streets.
